Ragay Water District
The Ragay Water District (RWD) is a government owned and controlled corporation which was formed on March 26, 1979 and was issued a Conditional Certificate of Conformance (CCC) by the Local Water Utilities Administration on July 27, of the same year. With the retirement of Engr. Elizalde E. Tuazon as General Manager effective July 1, 2022, the Board of Directors appointed Ms. Celia T. Jarabejo as the new General Manager and under the mandate of a governing boards representing the different sectors, namely; the new Chairman of the Board representing the Educational Sector, Rosalie C. Abengoza; Delfin Q. Closa, Vice-Chairman, representing the Business Sector. Yolanda T. Abengoza, Secretary after the retirement of Estrella R. Roxas, representing the Women Sector, Jose R. Aguila, Member, representing the Professional Sector & Ricardo M. Casiano, Member, representing the Civic Sector.
Transparency Seal
A Transparency Seal prominently displayed on the main page of a government agency's website certifies that the concerned agency has complied with Section 93 or the Transparency Seal provisions of the General Appropriations Act of FY 2012. The Department of Budget and Management's National Budget Circular 542 issued on August 29, 2012, reiterates compliance to said provisions envisioned to enhance transparency and enforce accountability.
